Responsibilities:

Our Management Trainee Program will train people in our company from starting position up to management area. Our Training Management Program divided into 3 areas :

1. Sales and Marketing Development (develop sales and marketing skill)
2. Training Development (develop training and leadership skill)
3. Business Development (develop management skill)

People that passed our Management Trainee will be expected to be able to lead and manage a team into business development and continue our expansion through all over major cities in Indonesia.

Our training program includes:

• Sales and interactive marketing techniques
• Effective communication
• Team development and management
• Client relationship management
• Opportunity to travel overseas for training to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. (subject to performance)

Requirements:

· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Must have leadership skills
· Must have management skills
· Loves travelling
· Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
· Min 1 year experience related
· 7 Full-Time positions available
· Can start A.S.A.P
