Requirements

* Bachelor, Female/Male max. 40 years old and living in Jakarta
* Fluently in Korean, Indonesia language & English both oral & written
* Min. 3 years experiences in same position or equal
* Experience in online game industry is a plus
* Possess excellent leadership, negotiation and people management skills, and a hands-on attitude towards the business to oversee company’s operation with identified business strategies and objectives
* Lead and ensure the business unit operations are in line with the vision and mission, determine priorities and create a high performance environment to achieve the business plans and goals
* Problem solving and decision making involves evaluation, analysis and benchmarking in order to construct solutions to variable situations
